Step one: Grease up two bread loaf pans (9x5x3), and pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
Step two:
Combine your dry ingredients (flour, sugar, brown sugar, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg) in a large bowl.  Combine your wet ingredients (pumpkin, oil, and eggs) in another bowl.
Step three: Add the wet to the dry, and mix until just blended.  No need to over-mix here.  Divide batter, and pour into the two bread pans. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until no longer liquid in the center.
