Fun with a Pasta Maker: Homemade Crackers

Have a pasta maker? Want to make your own crackers? It’s easy!

We used an olive oil cracker recipe. Once the dough was prepared, we just rolled it out using the pasta maker.

We cut the rolled dough to cracker sized pieces and baked them in the oven for about 10 minutes. With a sprinkling of salt and rosemary, the result looked and tasted like a Wheat Thin. Yay, homemade snacks!
