Faux-fish mini-burgers (made with a rutabaga base)on flaxseed bread. Topped with lettuce, tomato, alfalfa sprouts, avocado, onion, pickled beets, and a raw ‘mayonnaise’ (in the red bowl).
To go with the sliders: avocado slices, yam chips, celery stuffed with almond butter and topped with dried fruits, and some flaxseed crackers.
