Sweet & Savory Healthy Sandwiches

The Sweet: a faux PB&J of Almond butter and blackberries on flour-less flax seed bread. The Savory: roasted mushroom sandwich on flax seed bread with sun-dried tomatoes, romaine lettuce, cilantro, and fake mayonnaise (avocado-based). Side salad of mixed vegetables in a fake-cheese sauce (puréed nut-based).
