In preparation for St. Patrick’s Day, we cooked ourselves up some Irish-style pub grub…

 

Ploughman’s Platter: A lazy man’s beer bread, marbled cheddar cheese, and Dutch blue cheese.

 

 

 

Cornish Pasties: Irish pub-style turnovers filled with a medley of vegetables (recipe courtesy of the Vegetarian Times).

 

 

 

Salt & Vinegar Potato Bites: Fried and curried potatoes with a malted vinegar dipping sauce (adapted from a recipe in the March 2011 Vegetarian Times).
